Trenae S. Forman

Driven by a passion for leadership development and a heart for entrepreneurship, Trenae S. Forman founded T. Simone & Associates, LLC to help nonprofit leaders and entrepreneurs unleash the power of people and people processes. T. Simone & Associates, LLC does this through a portfolio of coaching programs, leadership training, and consulting services. A New Jersey native, Trenae earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Earl G. Graves School of Business Management at Morgan State University in Baltimore, MD and holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ.

She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and has served as a panelist for the National Black MBA Association and the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources.  Trenae is a co-author in the anthology “Courageous Enough to Launch: Stories & Strategies of Everyday Women Who Faced their Fears to Launch & Grow Thriving Businesses”.

Introverted, but not shy, Trenae loves people watching, reading, wine drinking and traveling. She has visited more than 20 countries, run 3 half marathons and jumped out of a perfectly good airplane.

She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Pi Xi Omega Chapter, Silk City Pearls, Incorporated, where she serves as the Fund Development Chairman and a Life Member of the Morgan State University Alumni Association.
